2. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider. When the pages are accessed, the resulting data – in particular IP address, time of access, page requested, volume of data transferred and details of browser and operating system – are processed on the provider's servers. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in providing this website securely and reliably. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

3. Server log files

When this website is accessed, information transmitted by your browser is automatically recorded: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in the technically faultless operation of the website.

4. Contacting us

When you use the enquiry form on this website, the details you enter – name, email address, optionally your phone number, the model selected and your message – are transmitted in encrypted form to the form service of our hosting provider, stored there and forwarded to us by email. No email program on your device is opened for this. We process this data solely in order to deal with your enquiry, on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for that purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply. You can also contact us directly by email or telephone at any time.

5. Fonts

This website loads the Cormorant Garamond and Jost typefaces via Google Fonts. When a page is opened, a connection is established to servers of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and your IP address is transmitted. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in a consistent presentation of the website. Processing in the United States cannot be ruled out; for this Google relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, in addition, on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. 6. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not embed any analytics or tracking services. A consent banner is therefore not required. This will change as soon as analytics, maps or external videos are embedded.
